The monthly Franklin Public Library newsletters are provided in the Portable Document Format (PDF) so that most individuals can read them even if they do not have word processing software on their computer.
In order to read the Newsletters, you must have the Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer.
Almost all computers sold in the last several years have included the reader as part of the installed
software on your computer. If you do not have the Adobe reader installed on your computer, you can download
it for free at:

Although the reader is free, its a very large download.
